RE/MAX PLATINUM SERVICES HISTORY RE/MAX PLATINUM SERVICES is owned and operated by Frank and Cheryl Leach. Long time residents of Kitsap county, they have both been involved in Real Estate brokerage, land use and development and construction management for over 25 years. RE/MAX Platinum Services opened its first office in Silverdale on July 5, 2001. During the first 24 months in operation it grew an average of one agent per month. Utilizing state of the art equipment and creating a professional and harmonious office environment, the company continues to grow and enjoy an ever-increasing market share. We are an organization of local agents, locally owned, and locally managed, with a strong belief in the value of the services we perform and the individuals within our organization who perform those services.
